TEHRAN, May 17 (MNA) – Oil Ministry deputy of international affairs has said American oil companies have no prohibition to invest in Iran’s oil projects.Amir Hossein Zamani Nia, while noting the tendency of several American and European oil firms to invest in Iranian oil and gas market, asserted that the American companies have offered to enter the Iranian oil projects in cooperation with European countries rather than directly.

Noting that Iran has not specified any limiting measures for American oil investment, Zamani Nia stated the companies would be evaluated on financial, trade and allocation and they will be competing Iranian private sector investors.
