TEHRAN May 04(Shana)--Platforms for phases 17&18 of the offshore South Pars gas field are ready to be delivered, the project manager said.

Amir Mombini said the platforms are to be delivered in June. He added that the gas produced in these phases would be carried onshore.

He said that the platforms constructed for these phases would earn Iran $5 million in daily revenues.

Each platform can process 500 mcf/d of gas. More than 60% of the equipment used in building these platforms has been supplied by domestic manufacturers.

Phases 17&18 are to produce 50 mcm/d of natural gas, 80,000 b/d of gas condensate, 400 tons a day of sulfur, 1 million tons a year of ethane and 1.05 million tons a year o liquefied gas.
