Tehran, Feb 16, IRNA – Minister of Health, Treatment, and Medical Education arrived in Baghdad on Monday morning to confer on health issues with his Iraqi counterpart.

Seyyed Hassan Hashemi, who is a member of a delegation headed by Vice President Is'haq Jahangiri, will participate in the first meeting of the Friendship Group of Iran- Iraq Health Activists and inaugurate an exhibition of Iran's medicines and medical equipment.

According to Health Ministry website, Hashemi and his Iraqi counterpart Adile Hamood Hossein will discuss ways of implementing memorandums of understanding signed in the latter's visit to Tehran last December.

The problem of dust storm which has polluted many cities in the west of Iran near border with Iraq will also be discussed by the two ministers.
