Local chief Justice gunned down in Iran's Kermanshah Province

A local Iranian chief justice has been assassinated in a terrorist attack in the country's western province of Kermanshah.
The chief justice of the county of Ravansar in Kermanshah Province, Salim Qanbari, was killed on Tuesday morning as he left his home along with his son, the Director General of the Security Office of Kermanshah Province Shahriar Heyadari said.

The official added Qanbari lost his life in hospital while his son sustained injuries from the attack.

The security official also pointed out that one of the culprits who was carrying a weapon has been arrested. Police have launched an investigation into the incident.

No further details have been disclosed yet.
