Iran’s Zarif in Geneva for N. talks

TEHRAN (ISNA)- Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif returned to Geneva following his meetings with French and US counterparts in France.
He is scheduled to discuss the latest developments on Iranian nuclear issue in phone calls with foreign ministers of the five permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany.

Experts and deputy foreign ministers of Iran and the six countries have been in talks since Thursday, and would continue negotiations on Saturday as well.

Iranian and the US deputy foreign ministers and Helga Schmid who is European Union Political Director would hold talks on Saturday.

Zarif visited Berlin, Brussels and Paris on Thursday and Friday, and discussed the regional and international developments, fighting terrorism and Iranian nuclear issue during his meetings with German, French and US foreign ministers Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Laurent Fabius, John Kerry and the EU Foreign Policy Chief Federica Mogherini.
