Almost $2b worth exports from Kermanshah customs in 1st 9 months

Kermanshah, Jan 11, IRNA – Director General of the Customs Office in Kermanshah Province Mohsen Mostafaie said on Sunday that in the first nine months of Iranian calendar year of 1393 (March-December), more than $1.7 billion worth goods were exported from Kermanshah customs and border markets.
Mostafaie said the exports showed increase of four percent in value but decrease of three percent in weight.
He said the exports were made through Kermanshah, Khosravi, and Parvizkhan customs and Parvizkhan, Shoshmi and Sheikh Saleh border markets.

He noted that $1.013 billion more goods were exported from other customs offices in Kermanshah, showing 37 percent increase in value and 21 percent decrease in weight.

He said the exports included plastics, vegetables, food, minerals, artifacts and live animals and mainly destined to Iraq.
