90,000 tons of cargo exported from Bazargan customs in 1st 9 months

Orumieh, W. Azarbaijan Prov., Jan 5, IRNA – Director General of Bazargan Customs Department Ali-Reza Abbasspour said on Monday that 90,000 tons of cargo was exported via Bazargan customs in the past nine months of the year.
  Abbasspour told IRNA that the exported goods were worth 48 million dollars.
He said the exports showed increases of 62 percent in weight and 42 percent in value.

The goods, including fruits, plastics, chemical products, citrus fruit skins, lithic artifacts, gypsum, cement and asbestos, were destined to Turkey, Iraq, Georgia, Russia, Azerbaijan, the Netherlands, Germany, the UK, Montenegro and Austria, he added.

In the past nine months, 55,789 tons of goods, worth $33.8 million, were exported from Bazargan customs.

He said average of each ton of the exported goods was worth 532 dollars.
