Iran’s Iron condensate production increases 5% in 8 months

Tehran, Dec 23, IRNA – Major Iranian iron ore companies’ production of iron concentrate increased 5% during the past eight month to exceed 850 thousand tons.
Chador Maloo, Gol Gohar, Markazi, Sangan, and Middle East Mines and Industries Development companies have since March 21, 2014 (beginning of current Iranian year, 1393) produced 16,850,212 tons of iron condensate, the Public Relations of Iranian Mines and Industries Development and Renovation Organization reported in Tuesday.
Those companies’ production in similar period last year was 16,003,841 tons.

Among the country’s five major iron condensate producers, Chador Maloo produces 7,055,158 tons, Gol Gohar 5,707,174 tons, Markazi 1,605,203 tons, Middle East Mines and Industries Development 1,758,815 tons and Sangan 903,862 tons of iron condensate.
