Iran-US trade nears $150m

Tehran, Dec 16, IRNA -- Iran-US trade reached $147.5 million from January to October 2014, according to a report released by the US Census Bureau statistics.
  The report says the worth of US exports to Iran amounted to $15.5 million in October from $11.4 million in September, ISNA reported.
Iran transacted non-oil goods with 177 countries in the year ending March 2014, according to Iran Customs Administration.

Trade balance with 91 countries was positive.

The country exported $31.33 billion worth of non-oil goods, excluding gas condensates, and imported $50.81 billion worth of non-oil goods during the 12-month period.

Iran had the highest positive trade balance with Iraq, Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, Egypt and Azerbaijan, while it registered the highest negative trade balance with the UAE, South Korea, Switzerland, China and Germany.
