Salehi: Iran ready for nuclear cooperation with interested countries

Tehran, October 21, IRNA – Keeping in mind Iran’s hoard of precious nuclear experience, Tehran is ready for cooperation with friend countries interested in peaceful usage of that energy, Head of Atomic Energy Organization of Iran Ali Akbar Salehi said here Tuesday.
“Iran has lots of experience in peaceful usage of the nuclear technology and is ready for cooperation with friend countries within the framework of the regulations of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and under that agency’s supervision,” said Salehi Tuesday night in a ceremony on the occasion of 60th anniversary of the Algerian independence, held at the residence of that country’s ambassador.
The vice president, meanwhile, referred to Iran’s good and still expanding relations with Algeria, referring to the two countries’ presidents meeting and consultation on the sidelines of this year’s UN General Assembly session.
