Tehran, Aug 12, IRNA – The biggest national economic gathering started here on Tuesday in the presence of President Hassan Rouhani and his economic team to outline policies to end economic recession in the country.
President Rouhani is to address the event as the first speaker.
He will be followed by Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance Ali Tayyebnia, Oil Minister Bijan Namdar Zanganeh and head of Iran?s Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture Gholamhossein Shafei.

Minister of Industries and Business Mohammad Reza Nematzadeh, Governor of the Cnetral Bank of Iran Valiollah Seif and Minister of Transportation Abbas Akhoundi are also to address the gathering.

Later in the day, expert panels are to be held to discuss policies in the fields of industry, trade, housing, transportation, oil, gas, petrochemistry and macro economy.

A number of ranking Iranian officials are attending the event.
