Iranian Foreign Minister Ali-Akbar Salehi met briefly on Monday night with Sudan's Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Salah Wansi to discuss ways to expend the bilateral relations between the two countries, Iranian news agency Fars reported.

Leaders from both countries commented in the past on "excellent" relations between Tehran and Khartoum, but urged to increase cooperation.
